Loan Car Agreement Policy

This Loan Car Agreement Policy ("Agreement") is entered into between EB Prestige, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," and the borrower, hereinafter referred to as the "Borrower," for the temporary use of a vehicle owned by the Owner. The Owner is also known as Emmet Freeman.

1. Vehicle Description:
The vehicle subject to this agreement is described as follows:
- Make and Model: [Insert Make and Model] - Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): [Insert VIN] - License Plate Number: [Insert License Plate Number] - Cost per Day: $20 (subject to change at the Owner's discretion)

2. Vehicle Condition:
Prior to taking possession of the vehicle, the Borrower acknowledges that the vehicle's condition will be documented and noted by both parties. The Borrower agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as noted at the time of pickup, except for reasonable wear and tear.

3. Damage and Liability:
The Borrower accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle during the loan period. The Borrower agrees to promptly inform the Owner of any accidents, collisions, or damages that occur while the vehicle is in their possession. Any repairs required due to the Borrower's negligence or misuse shall be at the Borrower's expense.

4. Loan Period:
The loan period begins on the date of pickup and ends on the agreed return date. The Borrower must return the vehicle by the specified return date and time, as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

5. Extension of Loan Period:
If the Borrower wishes to extend the loan period, they must obtain prior consent from the Owner. Any extra days that the vehicle is kept beyond the agreed return date, without the Owner's knowledge and prior sign off, will be subject to a charge of $100 per day.

6. Use of the Vehicle:
The Borrower agrees to use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and in a responsible manner. The Borrower shall not use the vehicle for any illegal activities, including but not limited to transportation of illegal substances or engaging in any form of criminal behavior.

7. Insurance:
The Borrower agrees to maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage for the vehicle during the loan period. The Borrower shall provide proof of insurance upon request by the Owner.

8. Indemnification:
The Borrower agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Borrower's use or possession of the vehicle.

9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

10. Entire Agreement:
